All of us, from time to time are caught in this sticky situation: It's cold, wet, and rainy outside. You don't want to mess up your cute flats or heels, and sandals are definitely a no-go. You also definitely want to avoid getting your pants soaked half-way up the calf from having to navigate through puddles. So what are you to do?
